For over 15 years, Aarti Foundation, Inc. has been holding annual fundraising programs at Hindu Temple Auditorium in Flushing, NY.  The evening begins with a nice buffer dinner followed by musical entertainment featuring Indian musical artists.  The evening also highlights the work and accomplishments of Aarti Foundation, Inc.

The essence of our scriptures can be found in Bhagavana Veda Vyasaji’s two definitions. ‘vyasasya vachana-dvayam’. And what is that? ‘paropakaram punyaya papaya parapidanam’ – hurting others is a sin; and helping others is meritorious. Sri Ramacaritamanasa also states: ‘parahita sarisa dharam nahim bhai | para pida sama nahim adhamai || It makes me blissful and content to know that all of you who are part of Aarthi Foundation, are constantly engaged in helping towards the welfare of others. When many people unite under the nexus of any one organization and perform meritorious deeds for a noble objective, they reap the same fruit as performing a Yajna. Through Aarti Foundation, you all have been part of this cause for many years. My congratulations to all of you for the same. Sandipani Vidyaniketan also received your support during this pandemic for the distribution of ration kits – as the Lord’s offerings – that were reached many. Along with my contentment for that, I express my prayers to the Lord, and best wishes, for a steady increase in your service activities. I also pray to Lord ShriHari to bless everyone who is giving an offering in all such activities, with glory, and bless all with auspiciousness. Jai Shri Krishna.
